How to Sell Sound Effects on Content Creator Templates

Uploading and selling sound effects to Content Creator Templates is easy!

We’ve recently made some changes to make it even easier for uploading sound effect packs to the site.

In the guide, I’ll show you exactly how to upload and sell sound effects on Content Creator Templates.

How to Upload Sound Effects to Content Creator Templates?

Uploading sound effects to Content Creator Templates (CCT) is easy, but the first time might be a bit confusing if you’re new to the site.

Let’s walk through the process of creating sound effects on CCT.

1. Become a Contributor

If you’re not already a contributor at CCT simply head over to the become a contributor page and click Become a Contributor.

You’ll be prompted to sign up, enter your username, email address, and a password.

Then, click Start Application Process and fill in all your details.

You will be approved as a contributor within a day or two.

1. Upload Sound Effects

We’ll notify you via email once you’ve been approved, when this happens, head back to CCT.

Click the icon in the top right corner, then, click Manage Sound Effects.

Click to Add a New Asset icon to get started.

1. Create Your Asset

Enter the Title of your Sound Effect or Sound Effects pack followed by the Description, and Search Tags.

Next, choose whether you want to create a pack, or upload an individual sound effect file.

• Single Sound Effect: Leave the box unchecked and proceed to upload your file. This single file will be watermarked and played as a preview for users of the site.
• Sound Effects Pack: Check the box, upload your sound effects pack as a .zip file, and upload a Demo Sound File (this will be watermarked and played as a preview for users of the site).

Next, choose appropriate Sound Categories.

When all fields are complete, check Ready for Approval.

Now, just wait for admins to approve your new sounds and you’ll be live selling on CCT!
